Rather than long weekly sessions, we work with you 15-20 minutes, 4-5 times per week. Our signature program is called ‘What About Me’.
‘What About Me’ is a three-month program that guides you to become the ‘YOU’ who has clarity about who you are, what you want, and how you best achieve. Each week has a theme with simple and powerful tools for helping you do the work.
Stage 1: Discovery Session — Getting clear about what you want and who you want to be.
Stage 2: Master Emotions — Becoming totally familiar that there is logic that applies to emotion and using it to your advantage. (logic of emotion
Stage 3: Self Therapy Tool — A profound process we’ve been using for 20+ years, in helping tens of thousands of people. It is a tool you can use for the rest of your life to help you deal with other challenges that might arise.
Stage 4: Emotional Conditioning — Exploring the issues that are stuck within, and bringing them into your awareness so they can be resolved.
Stage 5: Deep Connection — Strategy for connecting to yourself and others to create meaningful relationships, especially when times are tough.
Stage 6: Personal Growth Responsibility — Strategy for moving forward through the toughest times (family, work and personal challenges).
Stage 7: Deep Dive – Getting to the source of what you don’t know that you know! Finding issues you didn’t know you had, but were nevertheless the ones holding you back all along.
Stage 8: Bringing It Together — Reviewing the tools and techniques from previous weeks, bringing it all together and applying it to your life (post Deep Dive review).
Stage 9: Decrease Stress — Taking responsibility only for the things that matter, taking less responsibility of the things you don’t have ownership over and in turn reducing stress. (schoolyard)
Stage 10: Solidifying the Formula — so you can be certain that when future issues arise they are easily resolved because you have powerful tools in your arsenal. You’ve experienced the way it works, so the new goals are for you to know how to handle bigger and bigger blockages with greater and greater ease. Now that is called living the life!
